Return Policy

Classes are non-refundable unless cancelled 2 weeks prior to class date.  There are no refunds for no-shows or leaving class prior to class end.  Refunds will be granted if classes are cancelled due to weather, instructor illness or shop closure.

All sales are final on cut material, closeouts, used equipment, special orders, custom dye work and on items listed as final sale or closeout.

For other items, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.  Items must be in resalable condition with all original parts and packaging intact and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.  Kits must be unopened to be considered resalable.

For online orders, a return shipping label will be provided at the buyers expense.   Buyer must contact shop for return shipping label.
